Its gotten better actually now that I take a multivitamin with folic acid, but its still bad (never emergency room bad though). I think my ovulation pains are even worse! usually a really large motrin does the trick, but I recently started forgoing that just to "tough it out".alisonhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13607033334640471566noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7615374466622013475.post-86119585010235793592009-11-05T10:28:03.406-05:002009-11-05T10:28:03.406-05:00I use STM and I have looked into Creighton. It definitely is a more medical approach and one of the ladies going through training with me is a certified teacher of Creighton (as well as a nurse practitioner).

I've already had blood drawn at a certain time in my cycle to see if my hormone levels are way off and that is not the case. I also learned a lot about Napro Technology while in training and it's not helpful in my case. I don't use facebook much so I didn't know they had a group - I should check that out. Thanks for the tipJenellehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13814676104012182863noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7615374466622013475.post-30889115249752163932009-11-05T10:00:58.990-05:002009-11-05T10:00:58.990-05:00Jenelle, I'm so sorry for your pain. What NFP ...Jenelle, I'm so sorry for your pain. What NFP method do you use? I only know STM myself, but I've heard great things about Creighton. Also, are you on the NFP facebook group? They have an active discussion board and I'd suggest you might ask this on there. I think there are several women who also deal with specific health issues while practicing NFP.That Married Couplehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07363886412589745900noreply@blogger.com
